A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appropriate funds to support the citizens for animal protection of warren county.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to Citizens for Animal Protection of Warren County, Inc., a nonprofit organization, the sum of twenty‑five thousand dollars ($25,000) for the 2006‑2007 fiscal year to purchase and install equipment.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2006.
