A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appropriate funds to the tiffany pines community outreach center for use in providing bicycles and computers to disadvantaged youth.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to Tiffany Pines Community Outreach Center, a nonprofit organization, the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000) for the 2006-2007 fiscal year for use in providing bicycles and computers to disadvantaged youth in the City of Fayetteville and surrounding areas. The operator of this Center is known as the "Bicycle Man."

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2006.
