The North Carolina Senate Page Program affords youth of the state the opportunity to see firsthand how laws are made by participating in the legislative process. Young people help in individual Senators' offices, in committee meetings, and during daily Sessions for one-week terms when the General Assembly is in session.

Senators are encouraged to sponsor students from a variety of backgrounds to help pages meet a diversity of people their age from across the state.
