Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

SECTION 1.  When the House of Representatives and the Senate, constituting the 2018 First Extra Session of the General Assembly, adjourn on the date this resolution is ratified, they stand adjourned sine die.

SECTION 2.  This resolution is effective upon ratification.
