A SENATE RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ERIC BOYETTE AS THE STATE CHIEF INFORMATION Officer for the department of Information technology.

Be it resolved by the Senate:

SECTION 1.  Having given due consideration to the matter, the Senate confirms Eric Boyette as the State Chief Information Officer for the Department of Information Technology.

SECTION 2.  This resolution is effective upon adoption.
