A SENATE RESOLUTION Confirming Michael Regan as secretary of the department of environmental quality.

Be it resolved by the Senate:

SECTION 1.  Having given due consideration to the matter, the Senate confirms Michael Regan as Secretary of the Department of Environmental Quality.

SECTION 2.  This resolution is effective upon adoption.
