AN ACT to appropriate funds to construct a replica of the french and indian war fort at the fort dobbs state historic site.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, Division of Historic Sites, the sum of one million dollars ($1,000,000) for the 2017‑2018 fiscal year to construct a replica of the French and Indian War fort at the Fort Dobbs State Historic Site.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2017.
