AN ACT to appropriate funds to repair the fair bluff riverwalk damaged by hurricane matthew.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Town of Fair Bluff the sum of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for the 2017‑2018 fiscal year to make repairs to damaged areas of the Town's Riverwalk caused by Hurricane Matthew.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2017.
