A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to enhance citizen voter list maintenance.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  In addition to the criteria currently used to conduct voter searches on its public Web site, the State Board of Elections shall enhance its public Web site to allow voter searches by street name and house number.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
