A JOINT RESOLUTION adjourning the 2018 regular session of the 2017 general assembly to a date certain.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

SECTION 1.  When the House of Representatives and the Senate jointly adjourn on Friday, June 29, 2018, they stand adjourned to reconvene on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, at 12:00 noon.

SECTION 2.  During the regular session that convenes on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, the restrictions contained in Section 3.2 of Resolution 2017‑12 and the request and filing deadlines contained in the Permanent Rules of the Senate and the House of Representatives do not apply.

SECTION 3.  This resolution is effective upon ratification.
