A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT TO PROVIDE SUPPLEMENTAL FUNDING FOR YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID TRAINING.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Public Instruction the sum of sixty‑three thousand dollars ($63,000) in nonrecurring funds for the 2018‑2019 fiscal year to coordinate with the National Council for Behavioral Health and the Missouri Department of Mental Health to continue to provide Youth Mental Health First Aid training in North Carolina.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2018.
