A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT To allow Currituck county to remove abandoned vessels from navigable waters.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 1 of S.L. 2013‑182 reads as rewritten:

"SECTION 1.  This act applies to Brunswick and DareBrunswick, Currituck, and Dare Counties only."

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
