A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to provide that the provisions of house bill 150, if it becomes law, do not apply to the morrisville town center plan.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  If House Bill 150, 2013 Regular Session, becomes law, then that act is amended by adding a new section to read:

"SECTION 2.1. Section 1 of this act does not apply to the Town Center Plan of the Town of Morrisville."

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
