A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT extending the authority of the town of cornelius to use design-build delivery methods.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 4 of S.L. 2011-180 reads as rewritten:

"SECTION 4. This act is effective when it becomes law. Section 1 of this act shall expire July 1, 2013.July 1, 2016. Section 3 of this act shall expire June 30, 2016."

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
