A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT to allow persons who work in wake county to be eligible for membership on the board of trustees of wake technical community college.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
SECTION 1. G.S. 115D-12(b) reads as rewritten:
"(b) All trustees shall be
residents of of, or have full-time employment in, the
administrative area of the institution for which they are selected or of counties
contiguous thereto with the exception of members provided for in G.S. 115D-12(a),
Group Four."
SECTION 2. This act applies only to Wake Technical Community College.
SECTION 3. This act is effective when it becomes law.
