A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to repeal the andrew jackson historic memorial committee.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Part 28 of Article 2 of Chapter 143B of the General Statutes is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
