A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to repeal the resident subsistence unified inland/coastal recreational fishing license waiver.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  G.S. 113-351(d) is repealed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.  A Resident Subsistence Unified Inland/Coastal Recreational Fishing License Waiver issued prior to the date this act becomes law shall remain valid and effective for a period of one year from the date of its issuance.
