A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to change the effective date of s.L. 2010-131 entitled "an Act to increase the age cap of persons receiving an eight-year drivers license."

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 3 of S.L. 2010-131 reads as rewritten:

"SECTION 3.  This act becomes effective January 1, 2011, July 1, 2010, and applies to any drivers license issued on or after that date."

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
