A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT to authorize the construction, without appropriations from the general fund, of certain capital improvement projects of the north carolina national guard.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
SECTION 1. The General Assembly authorizes the following capital projects to be funded with federal receipts available to the appropriate department:

Permanent Classroom at Camp Butner $ 50,000
Big Top Sitework and Concrete Pads at Camp Butner 200,000
West Perimeter Road at Camp Butner 50,000
IT Building at Camp Butner 300,000
TOTAL AMOUNT OF NON-GENERAL FUND CAPITAL
PROJECTS AUTHORIZED $600,000
SECTION 2. In addition to the projects authorized by Section 1 of this act, the North Carolina National Guard may use up to twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) of federal receipts to expand its motor pool at Fort Bragg.
SECTION 3. The funds described in Sections 1 and 2 of this act are hereby appropriated for the 2012-2013 fiscal year.
SECTION 4. This act becomes effective July 1, 2012.
