A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT TO DIRECT THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE FOR HIGHWAY SAFETY TO REPORT ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO ADDRESS THE CAUSES OF TEEN DRIVING FATALITIES.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  The Executive Committee for Highway Safety in the Department of Transportation shall report to the General Assembly by April 30, 2011, its recommendations for additional legislation to address the causes of teen driving fatalities.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
