A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to make various finance law changes.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Chapter 105 of the General Statutes is amended to make various excise tax changes.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2009.
