Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:

SECTION 1.  When the Senate and the House of Representatives, constituting the 2009 Session of the General Assembly, adjourn on Friday, July 9, 2010, they stand adjourned sine die.

SECTION 2.  This resolution is effective upon ratification.
