A JOINT RESOLUTION authorizing the joint legislative health care oversight committee to study the regulation of synthetic marijuana.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

SECTION 1.  The Joint Legislative Health Care Oversight Committee shall study the regulation of synthetic marijuana, also known as "K2", "Spice," or "JWH-018." The Committee shall report its findings, together with any recommended legislation, to the 2011 Regular Session of the General Assembly upon its convening.

SECTION 2.  This resolution is effective upon ratification.
