A JOINT RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE 2009 GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO CONSIDER A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO ENACT THE SAFE SCHOOLS ACT.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

SECTION 1.  The 2009 General Assembly may consider "A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO ENACT THE SAFE SCHOOLS ACT."

SECTION 2.  This resolution is effective upon ratification.
