A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to authorize the City of sanford to convey by private sale its remaining interest in a parcel of land.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  The City of Sanford may convey by private sale all remaining interest it may have in a deed found at Deed Book 549, page 415, in the Lee County Register of Deeds Office, to the Grantee described in that deed.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
