AN ACT to disapprove changes to the toxic air pollutants procedures rules.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to G.S. 150B-21.3(b1), 15A NCAC 02Q .0701 (Toxic Air Pollutants Procedures: Applicability), 15A NCAC 02Q .0702 (Toxic Air Pollutants Procedures: Exemptions), 15A NCAC 02Q .0706 (Toxic Air Pollutants Procedures: Modifications), and 15A NCAC 02Q .0709 (Toxic Air Pollutants Procedures: Demonstrations), as adopted by the North Carolina Environmental Management Commission on May 14, 2009, and approved by the Rules Review Commission on June 18, 2009, are disapproved.

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
