A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to exempt the city of Greensboro from certain provisions of the general statutes Regarding solicitations in, on, and near a public street or Roadway.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Section 3 of S.L. 2008-113 reads as rewritten:

"SECTION 3.  This act applies to the City Cities of Durham and Greensboro only."

SECTION 2.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
