A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to establish a season for taking foxes by trapping with cage traps in winston-salem.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any other provision of law, there is an open season for taking foxes by trapping with cage traps only during the trapping season set by the Wildlife Resources Commission each year, with no tagging requirements prior to or after sale.

SECTION 2.  No bag limit applies to foxes taken under this act.

SECTION 3.  This act applies only to Winston-Salem.

SECTION 4.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
