A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appropriate funds to strengthen and expand the north carolina minority support center's small business revolving loan program.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Commerce the sum of two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) for the 2010-2011 fiscal year to be allocated to the North Carolina Minority Support Center, Inc., to strengthen and expand its Small Business Revolving Loan Program.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2010.
