A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT TO REPEAL THE AUTHORIZATION FOR ALL COUNTIES TO LEVY A one-fourth CENT LOCAL LAND TRANSFER TAX.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
SECTION 1. Subchapter X of Chapter 105 of the General Statutes is repealed.
SECTION 2. G.S. 105-537(d) is repealed.
SECTION 3. This act is effective when it becomes law.
