A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to appropriate funds to North Carolina REal Enterprises, Inc., to develop and implement entrepreneurial education programs and provide support to entrepreneurs.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  There is appropriated from the General Fund to North Carolina Real Enterprises, Inc., the sum of four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for the 2005-2006 fiscal year for the development and implementation of entrepreneurial education programs and for providing support to entrepreneurs.

SECTION 2.  This act becomes effective July 1, 2005.
