A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT to authorize establishment and participation in a bi‑state advisory and planning and study commission for the catawba‑wateree river basin, to invite the state of south carolina to participate in the commission, and to appropriate funds for the establishment of such a commission.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

SECTION 1.  This act is effective when it becomes law.
