AN ACT adding certain described property to the corporate limits of the town of weldon.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
SECTION 1. The following described property is added to the corporate limits of the Town of Weldon:
Beginning at a new iron pipe set on the eastern line of State Route 1710-100' R/W, said new iron pipe set being the southernmost corner of a triangular shaped tract or parcel of land now or formerly owned by Leroy Harrison and said new iron pipe set being the northwestern corner of the unnumbered Residential Lots; thence leaving the eastern line of State Route 1710-100' R/W. A plat of said property is recorded at Plat Cabinet 4, Slide 125, Halifax Public Registry.
SECTION 2. This act is effective when it becomes law.
