GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 100
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. Section 1 of Chapter 324 of the 1981 Session Laws reads as rewritten:
"Section 1. (a) It is unlawful to discharge a centerfire rifle on the property of another in Cabarrus County without having in one's possession the written permission of the landowner or lessee.
(b) It is unlawful
to take deer with centerfire rifles in Cabarrus County. County,
except from a permanent or portable stationary stand at least 9 feet above
ground level and with the written permission of the landowner or lessee in
one's possession."
Sec. 2. This act applies only to Cabarrus County.
Sec. 3. This act is effective upon ratification.
