GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 864
AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT FRANKLIN AND NORTHAMPTON COUNTIES ARE AUTHORIZED TO CONSTRUCT GAS LINES.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. Section 3 of Chapter 433 of the 1985 Session Laws, as amended by Chapter 839 of the 1989 Session Laws and by Chapter 13 of the 1991 Session Laws, reads as rewritten:
"Sec. 3. This act applies only to Stanly County,
except that Section 1 also applies to Bladen and Sampson Bladen,
Franklin, Northampton and Sampson Counties."
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 7th day of July, 1992.
