GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 259
AN ACT TO REMOVE THE CITY OF SALISBURY'S LOCAL MODIFICATIONS TO G.S. 58-84-30 AND G.S. 58-84-35.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. Chapter 56 of the 1963 Session Laws and Chapter 176 of the 1973 Session Laws are repealed.
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 11th day of June, 1991.
