GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 134
AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A SEASON FOR THE HUNTING OF FOXES WITH GUNS IN JONES COUNTY.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, there is an open season for the hunting, taking, or killing of foxes with firearms from November 1 through December 31 of each year.
Sec. 2. The Wildlife Resources Commission shall provide for the sale of foxes taken lawfully pursuant to this act.
Sec. 3. This act applies only to Jones County.
Sec. 4. This act shall become effective October 1, 1989.
