CHAPTER 734
AN ACT TO REPEAL G.S. 143-215.1(c)(2)b.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. G.S. 143-215.1(c)(2)b. is repealed.
Sec. 2. This act shall be effective upon ratification.
In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 6th day of August, 1987.
