CHAPTER 364
AN ACT TO INCREASE CERTAIN FEES FOR ARCHITECTS.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. The table fees found in G.S. 83A-4 is amended in the following manner: Each numbered line should be read:
"The fee for Column A is amended by deleting Column B and substituting Column C."

(1) Individual-Resident $25.00 $50.00
(2) Corporate $50.00 $75.00
(3) Reexamination $15.00 $25.00 Annual License Renewal
(4) Individual $40.00 $75.00
(5) Corporate $50.00 $100.00 Late Renewal Penalty
(6) Up-to-30 days $25.00 $50.00
(7) Reciprocal registration $75.00 $150.00
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
