CHAPTER 826
AN ACT TO ALLOW FIVE ACRE HORTICULTURAL TRACTS TO QUALIFY FOR USE VALUATION.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. G.S. 105-277.3(a)(2) is amended by deleting the number "10" in the first line thereof and inserting in lieu thereof the number "5".
Sec. 2. This act shall become effective January 1, 1984.
