CHAPTER 633
AN ACT TO STRENGTHEN THE PROHIBITION AGAINST DANGEROUS WEAPONS AT PARADES.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. G.S. 14-277.2(a) is amended by inserting in the last sentence thereof between the words "truck" and "does" the following language:
"at a holiday parade or in a funeral procession".
Sec. 2. This act shall become effective October 1, 1983, and applies to acts committed on or after this date.
