GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 369
AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEADLINE FOR MODIFYING THE BOUNDARIES OF DURHAM CITY ELECTION WARDS.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. Section 4 of the Charter of the City of Durham, being Chapter 671, Session Laws of 1975, is amended by striking the words "at least seven days prior to the opening of the registration books for the municipal election", from the last paragraph, and by inserting in lieu thereof the words "at least 60 days prior to the municipal primary".
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
