HOUSE BILL 636

 

AN ACT TO ALLOW CLAY COUNTY TO DISPOSE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY AT PRIVATE SALE.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

 

Section 1.  Notwithstanding Article 12 of Chapter 160A of the General Statutes, the County of Clay is authorized to convey at private sale, with or without monetary consideration, its right, title, and interest to the following parcel of land:

That parcel of land described in Book 105, Page 119, Clay County registry, which is approximately 21.5 acres.

Sec. 2.  This act is effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 23rd day of May, 1983.
