GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF NORTH CAROLINA

CHAPTER 280
AN ACT TO AMEND THE DEFINITION OF CATCHMENT AREA.
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
Section 1. General Statute 122-35.36(4) is rewritten to read as follows:
"(4) Catchment Area. A geographic portion of the State served by a specific area mental health, mental retardation and substance abuse authority."
Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
