AN ACT TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO MAKE NECESSARY IMPROVEMENTS TO THE BELHAVEN BOAT RAMP.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Town of Belhaven, in Beaufort County, the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for fiscal year 1982-83 to make necessary improvements on the Belhaven boat ramp in Beaufort County by adding a bulkhead and ramp and by removing existing unsafe conditions.

Sec. 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 1982.
