HOUSE BILL 379

 

AN ACT TO PERMIT THE CITY OF GOLDSBORO TO CONVEY PROPERTY NECESSARY FOR A FARMER'S MARKET.  

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

 

Section 1. The City of Goldsboro is authorized to convey property that it owns on South Center Street in Goldsboro, with or without monetary consideration, to the Downtown Goldsboro Association for the purpose of providing a location for a farmer's market.

Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 23rd day of March, 1981.
