HOUSE BILL 1499

AN ACT REGARDING SETTING FIRES IN MARTIN, BRUNSWICK, PENDER AND COLUMBUS COUNTIES.  

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1. G.S. 113-60.23(a) is amended by deleting the words "Martin, Brunswick, Pender and Columbus".

Sec. 2. This act is effective upon ratification.
