AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION FOR USE BY THE COMMISSION OF INDIAN AFFAIRS.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  There is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Administration for the use of the North Carolina Commission of Indian Affairs the sum of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) for the fiscal year 1975-76 to be expended for salary, travel and per diem expenses according to the following schedule:

Salary, State Planner and Associate Director $15,000 Travel and per diem 5,000

Sec. 2.  This act shall become effective July 1, 1975.
