HOUSE BILL 1271

 

AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER 244 OF THE PRIVATE LAWS OF NORTH CAROLINA OF 1935 PROHIBITING THE MANUFACTURE OR SALE OF INTOXICATING BEVERAGES WITHIN ONE MILE OF THE VILLAGE OF BAHAMA IN DURHAM COUNTY.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

 

Section 1. Chapter 244 of the Private Laws of North Carolina of 1935 is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall become effective upon ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 24th day of June, 1975.
