SENATE BILL 214

AN ACT TO AMEND THE WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION ACT REGARDING THE NUMERICAL EXEMPTION CONCERNING COVERAGE.

The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:

Section 1.  G.S. 97-2(1) is hereby amended by striking out "five" as the same appears in line 4 of such subsection and by substituting in lieu thereof "four".

Sec. 2.  All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3.  This act shall become effective on July 1, 1975.
